Job Description
Overview We are a growing insurance agency specializing in commercial contractors insurance and are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Commercial Lines CSR to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, and day-to-day commercial policy servicing. Responsibilities • Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and policy changes • Handle client communication via phone and email (English & Spanish) • Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up • Manage cancellation and reinstatement notices • Support producers with administrative tasks and account servicing • Assist with audits and policy updates • Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems Experience • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (or ability to obtain within 90 days) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required • Minimum 3+ years of insurance agency experience • Experience in commercial lines insurance (contractors experience preferred) • Strong experience issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and processing endorsements • Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, QQCatalyst, etc.) • Strong customer service and communication skills • High attention to detail and organization Compenstation & Benefits • $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience (flexible for the right candidate) • Fully remote (California-based candidates only) • Medical insurance (after 90 days) • Retirement benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Monday–Friday schedule • Ongoing training and career development • Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
