iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, focusing on onboarding services. The role involves providing operational support for feeder funds and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple stages of the investor lifecycle. Responsibilities • Provide dedicated support throughout initial onboarding and subsequent transactional processing for feeder funds • Work closely with fund administrators to ensure seamless client experience; ensure SLAs are met • Support high-profile fund managers and distributors in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes • Provide oversight on all transaction types for direct funds • Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company’s proprietary technology platform Skills • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 1-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry • Experience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions) • A basic understanding of industry standard AML, tax, and CRS documentation and requirements • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Interest or knowledge in technology Benefits • Equity for all full-time employees • Annual performance bonus • Employer matched retirement plan • Generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental • Vision • Telemedicine • Virtual mental health counseling • Parental leave • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Company Overview • iCapital is a fintech platform for alternative investments and investors.
