They are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring efforts across their MEP business, focusing on sourcing candidates for Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles and select corporate positions. Responsibilities Source qualified candidates for open MEP roles and related corporate positions Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest Share qualified candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process Support candidate pipeline building and outreach efforts Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress Skills Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred Strong communication and screening skills Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or professional services hiring is a plus Benefits 401(k) Plan with Company Match: Currently match contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of eligible pay; immediate vesting.
