The Mortgage Loan Processor plays a critical role in the loan approval process, ensuring accurate and timely packaging of loans and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Provide every client the best service in the industry Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the Mortgage Loan Originator Organize, compile, and verify loan application information Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval Meet critical deadlines Skills Robust experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Bond mortgage products Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment Encompass experience or equivalent + Microsoft product experience Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience Company Overview We are the Home of Possibility and your key to mortgage, home finance and real estate content!
