You won’t just “process onboarding” ~ you’ll shape how every new hire experiences Proven from their offer acceptance to their first day. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting and HR to create a smooth, organized, and genuinely welcoming experience that reflects who we are as a team. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into broader HR or Talent Acquisition responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date Send and track completion of new hire packets and documentation Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to guide next steps Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support hiring workflows Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met Maintain accurate records in Paycom and Google Workspace Support employee referral tracking and related processes Ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements and regulations Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and candidate experience
