Review assignments as received by Insurance Carriers, compare information with estimates and supporting documents submitted by auto repair facilities. Apply industry and carrier guidelines and best practices in rewriting estimates. Contact shop and reach agreed price for repairs. Complete the estimate review and assemble appropriate reporting documents to return to the client for their handling.

Meet team/personal goals for quality and quantitative targets and standards as well as cycle time.
Skills and Qualifications
• Must have experience with CCC / Pathways estimating software or its equivalent (Audatex/Penpro, Mitchell, WebEst, Etc) - 2 years minimum
• Auto damage appraisers should also have experience as a body shop estimator, independent field appraiser or insurance carrier staff appraiser. -2 years minimum
• Excellent time management and organization skills
Education
• High school or equivalent (Required)
License or certification
• Appraiser, adjuster or I-Car (Required)
