The Technical Support Representative is responsible for troubleshooting machines, resolving customer issues, and processing inquiries related to parts, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on two designated Park machines and acquire familiarity with additional machines Respond to customer inquiries about Park equipment by troubleshooting, recommend solutions or repairs, complete case notes, parts orders, distribution, and returns or Return Material Authorization (RMA) for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and operational issues Provide procedural guidance to customers on their Park Equipment via phone, email, or messaging Streamline purchase order and return processes by engaging with customers, facilitating paperwork processing, issuing return labels, coordinating parts delivery to the warehouse, or arranging returns to vendors Guaranteeing fulfillment of orders to meet customer specifications promptly and efficiently Capable of making financial decisions on behalf of Park’s machine warranty up to the set threshold of $2,500 Skills High School Diploma or equivalent, required Basic background in two or more of these areas; software, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, required Experience in manufacturing environment, required Associate degree in software or Technical Degree in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, preferred One-year related experience working in Park's assembly, panel shop, or as an installer, preferred Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance A 401k plan HSA and FSA accounts Tuition reimbursement And more Company Overview Founded in 1953, Park Industries has been designing, manufacturing, selling, and supporting solutions for the stone industry for 70 years.
