Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional β Payroll Location : New York City, NY (Remote) Duration : Fulltime Teams Meeting Interview Job Description: Primary Skills 10+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects and having worked on at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud Implementation projects. Secondary Skills SME in Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on US Payroll. β’ Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on US Payroll. β’ Overall, more than 10+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects and having worked on at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud Implementation projects. β’ Should be able to Design, and solve complex payroll requirements, in Payroll configuration 1) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll 2) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and accounting distribution 3) Experience designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloud. β’ Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex Payroll solutions with client facing experience and should be able to troubleshoot and solve user issues. β’ Should be able to advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll. β’ Configuration of Payroll as per requirements of USA countriesβ legislations.
