Our culture is built on a foundation of integrity, collaboration, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC analytics and live chat support. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our Agile team in technology, to design and implement new solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
