Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls on a multi-line phone system during scheduled hours, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Making outbound calls for service, follow-ups, and membership inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Responding to email correspondence and coordinating with customers to resolve issues and provide support * Monitoring and contacting expired memberships to prevent lapses and maintain customer relationships * Performing additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager, such as data entry, filing, and administrative tasks **Strongly Preferred Qualities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role * Knowledge or experience with ServiceTitan program (or similar CRM systems) * Superior phone skills and comfort with calling customers * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software * A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * A clean criminal background and a commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace * A team player mentality, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * 1 year of customer service experience (required) * Ability to relocate to Norfolk, VA before starting work (required) **Benefits and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance * Flexible scheduling, with 8-hour shifts and Monday-to-Friday work hours * Opportunities for growth and development, with training and support to help you succeed in your role * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction **Schedule and Work Environment** As a remote/hybrid employee, you'll have the flexibility to balance your time between our office and home.
