You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills will ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. **Essential Job Functions** To succeed in this role, you'll need to accomplish the following: * Interact with our customers primarily through email to answer questions and provide support * Process customer orders through internal systems and communicate with customers via email and phone * Engage with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Accurately prepare detailed orders based on customer-supplied information * Resolve product or service concerns/complaints by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution * Maintain accurate paperwork to facilitate a smooth transition to other departments * Utilize company-provided resources to maintain accurate orders * Participate in education/training programs as required * Perform other duties as assigned **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to accurately and efficiently transpose information between customer orders and internal software systems * Ability to respond effectively to new, complex, and problematic situations * Skilled with Microsoft Office products * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Proven customer support experience * Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization **Education/Experience** We're looking for individuals with: * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience desired * High School diploma or GED is required * Proficiency with computer applications and equipment * Bilingual a plus **Working Environment** As a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk, you'll work in a remote environment, with a standard working schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. You may be required to work extended hours or overtime on occasion. The position requires frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
