We're committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace for everyone, where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. **The Role** As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers from top brands * Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas * Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies **Your Qualifications** We're looking for a talented individual who: * Is fluent in Dutch * Has proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Has a good level of English * Has strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave * Has strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills * Has strong written skills * Has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment * Has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success **What We Offer** We're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
