As a data analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing tasks related to our paid in-stage content advancement group. This includes laying out measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and enhancing data answers for budget and mission estimation. If you have a proven track record of repeating and improving internal processes, and possess the technical skills required for analysis projects, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, teams, and our central analysis group to build data and measurement requirements * Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance * Lead reviews, improve data processes encompassing data flow, and ensure data accuracy * Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation * Track and log ongoing studies/tests across Facebook, Instagram, and Courier * Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility * Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables * Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources * Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances * Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Partner's certification in computer programming or equivalent training * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
