This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires a strong skillset in customer service, administrative support, and communication. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Support Specialist Customer Service I, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and orderly upkeep of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area. * Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls. * Logging service inquiries and documenting information relevant to the contact. * Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members. * Conducting initial research of service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling. * Making deliveries to postal services. * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. * Performing other duties as assigned. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person. * Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment. * Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to multi-task. * Excellent customer service skills. * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. **Certifications and Security Requirements** This position is identified as level three (3) and requires the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual. **Segregation of Duties** Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business.
