Our mission is to help businesses ensure proper product certification and greater market access by gathering valuable insights from real customers. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing and Support, you'll be responsible for conducting product testing and providing feedback to our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
