As a key member of our strategic procurement team, you will be responsible for making smart sourcing choices in choosing service providers to maximize the cost of our $1B+ of annual expert services spend, and to mitigate risks through smart agreement negotiations. This includes running RFPs, negotiating company & section level deals, managing vendor relationships, recommending high-quality providers & innovations, facilitating process upgrades and bringing stakeholders across the segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Join a dynamic team that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-section vendor relationships. * Work on a wide range of projects that will keep your job exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a strong business leader. * You will be tasked with growing subject-matter expertise in the professional services class, through research, networking, leading key initiatives and building relationships with leaders in the various disciplines. Every day is different, and there are infinite opportunities to make a contribution to the business, while developing your own skills & capabilities. * The Experienced Full Stack Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. This person will: + Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders + Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria + Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policy and procedures + Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value + Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology + Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration + Understand and support the development and execution of performance control programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost + Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices + Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that would impact planning and decision-making + Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external vendors and/or pricing + Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current business best practices + Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances + Show expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements + Have experience working with a legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Essential Qualifications:** * 5+ Years of strategic sourcing with a minimum 2 years of services class sourcing * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **Why Join arenaflex?** * arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that provides exceptional innovative content to audiences across the world. * We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits and perks. * Our team is passionate about making a difference and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us. * We offer opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a range of training and development programs. **How to Apply:** Ready to join us?
