You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have with their health care or pension plans. Your primary goal will be to ensure that clients have a positive experience with arenaflex and are satisfied with the services they receive. **Key Responsibilities** * Build rapport quickly and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging * Customize your service approach to accommodate various communication styles and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions * Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws * Maintain accurate call and case notes in a professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **What We're Looking For** * High School Diploma or GED required * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment * Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organize work effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously * Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute * Comfortable working in a virtual environment within a 1-hour radius of Richardson, TX **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field * Familiarity with health, welfare, and/or defined benefit pension plans * Previous experience in a call center environment * Proficiency in Spanish (read, write, speak) **Perks and Benefits** * Virtual/Remote position with flexible scheduling * Competitive hourly pay ($17.00 per hour for English Speaking; $17.75 per hour if fluent in Spanish) * Access to arenaflex perks and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability * Retirement savings plan, service bonus, and holiday pay plans * Transit spending account * Paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
