As a Consultant, Customer and Product Insights, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Consultant, Customer and Product Insights, you'll be responsible for designing and executing research programs to gather insights that drive business impact. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Designing Custom Research**: Develop and execute research programs to address key business issues using a wide range of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. * **Overseeing External Research Vendors**: Collaborate with external research vendors to ensure large custom research projects are efficiently executed according to budget and timelines, and in adherence to arenaflex's standards for research. * **Translating Insights into Action**: Translate information from primary and secondary research into compelling insights and socialize results with appropriate business partners to drive business impact. * **Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and business intelligence peers to develop integrated views on customers, competitors, and the broader marketplace. * **Developing the Research and Insights Learning Plan**: Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of a bi-annual research and insights learning plan to ensure the collective insights needs across the Value portfolio are being accommodated. * **Building Strategic Relationships**: Forge relationships with adjacent insight, analytics, and intelligence teams across the arenaflex organization to further elevate our total market understanding and identify opportunities for greater efficiencies in spend and operating models. * **Staying Ahead of the Curve**: Stay up-to-date with new research methods, vendors, and platforms, and identify opportunities to elevate the customer and product insights function. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience**: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * **Relevant Work Experience**: Four or more years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Customer Experience Research, or User Experience Research. * **Research Program Design and Execution**: Experience designing and executing research programs, both qualitative and quantitative, to address business needs; ability to articulate rationale. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued: * **Advanced Quantitative Methodologies**: Experience with advanced quantitative methodologies, such as maxdiff, conjoint, segmentation, cluster analysis, and Gabor Granger. * **Qualitative and User-Centered Design Evaluative Research Methods**: Experience with qualitative and user-centered design evaluative research methods, such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and ethnography. * **Data Synthesis and Insights**: Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and translating findings into actionable customer insights and recommendations. * **Value Proposition Development**: Experience providing insights to inform value proposition development. * **Secondary Data Analysis**: Experience leveraging secondary data, trends, and learnings to provide context for business scenarios. * **Compelling Storytelling**: Ability to present insights in a compelling and narrative manner. * **Self-Starter and Team Player**: Ability to identify stakeholders and build credibility for the team; strong team orientation and collaboration skills. * **Telecom Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the telecom industry. * **Innovation and Adaptability**: Experience operating in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment; ability to contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * **Health and Wellness Benefits**: Comprehensive health insurance, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs. * **Short-Term Incentives**: Opportunities for short-term incentives and bonuses. * **401(k) Savings Plan**: Employer-matched 401(k) savings plan. * **Stock Incentive Programs**: Stock option and equity participation programs. * **Paid Time Off**: Generous paid time off and vacation policies. * **Parental Leave**: Comprehensive parental leave policies. * **Adoption Assistance**: Adoption assistance programs. * **Tuition Assistance**: Tuition assistance programs. * **Other Incentives**: Other incentives and recognition programs. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to drive business impact through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
