Your experience at arenaflex will be a career accelerator, and you'll have the opportunity to work with great people in a highly collaborative, high-performance team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth * Serving as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues * Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn * Building relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation * Collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders * Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests * Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or managing related HR, payroll, and compliance functions * Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data * Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets * A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality * A strong desire to be in the technology space * A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them * Previous experience advising customers, preferably in an advisory role such as consulting * A solid track record of achievement, with a history of elite performance and delivering quantifiable business impact **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
