You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, managing schedules, and performing various administrative tasks to support our agency's growth and success. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage schedules, appointment setting, agency meetings, reminders, and more for the agency owner and producers as needed * Handle inbound calls from current clients or prospects with care and professionalism * Assist with agency CRM systems on a day-to-day basis, including data entry, reporting, and analysis * Perform minor accounting duties, such as invoicing and reconciliations * Help onboard new customers by educating them on policy details, document signing, and review processes * Document processes, scripts, and procedures for the agency, including step-by-step onboarding task lists for new clients * Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including client information, policy details, and sales data * Prepare daily reports for the agency owner and create weekly data meeting reports for the agency * Engage in marketing campaigns, such as mailings, thank-you cards, and prospecting mailers * Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as needed by the executive team * Work independently and at a high level without much supervision **Requirements** * Licensing: Be ready to obtain the necessary licenses quickly, including a Property & Casualty insurance license in Missouri * Proven track record of success: Bonus points for awards, achievements, or production numbers that demonstrate your ability to perform at a high level * Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks * Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism * Experience: Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role * Organizational skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively * Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy * Technical proficiency: Reliable computer with fast processing capability, at least two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard, and a strong internet connection capable of supporting remote work * Comfortable with modern software tools and CRM systems * Winning mindset and integrity: Relentless drive to be #1 and the integrity to be #2 if it means doing the right thing **Benefits** * Hourly base salary based on experience: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Mon-Fri schedule * Hands-on training * Career growth opportunities * Flexibility within schedule * Work from home **Why Join arenaflex?** * Join a high-performing remote insurance agency that values innovation, teamwork, and client satisfaction * Work with a dynamic and experienced team of professionals who are passionate about protecting families, businesses, and assets * Enjoy a flexible and remote work environment that allows you to work from home and balance your work and personal life * Take advantage of career growth opportunities and professional development programs to advance your career * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
