We're now seeking an experienced AfterHours Customer Success Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll work with customers on general maintenance and support for new and on-going implementations, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. **About the Role** As an AfterHours Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and completing projects on our Customer Success team, working closely with assigned sales teams, and managing customer relationships and expectations. You'll also be required to develop familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and complete projects on the Customer Success team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery * Provide customer onboarding and platform training, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our solutions * Develop familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Work closely with assigned sales teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction * Define project scope, determine appropriate project features and functionality, and liaise with key contacts throughout the active project engagement process * Manage customer relationships and expectations, liaising with sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Perform other duties as assigned, including providing exceptional customer service and support **Qualifications** * Passionate about customer success and committed to delivering exceptional service and support * Solid presentation skills, communication skills, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills * Experience providing customer service, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty * Business-level fluency in English and native-level German * Able to work evening hours with flexibility off-hours and ongoing mobile phone (email) monitoring (working hours 3.00 – 11.00 PM CET) * Bachelor's degree preferred **Education** * Bachelor's degree preferred **Travel** * Minimal travel required, with occasional office presence in Frankfurt (Germany) for on-boarding purposes **Location** * The majority of the role is remote, with occasional office presence in Frankfurt (Germany) for on-boarding purposes **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading financial services and healthcare technology company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible working hours and remote work options * Comprehensive training and onboarding program **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and development.
