Build and deploy production AI systems for healthcare workflows. New Jersey or Remote Research & Development Full-Time Neurex AI is building applied AI systems that operate inside real healthcare workflows. This role is for professionals who want to take complex systems from concept to production and see their work used in the real world. You will work on cutting-edge AI applications that directly impact patient care and healthcare operations across the US and UK. What You Will Do Design, build, and deploy AI systems for clinical and revenue cycle workflows Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Develop and optimize machine learning models for healthcare-specific applications Build scalable inference pipelines and model serving infrastructure Own the full lifecycle of AI features from research to production deployment Collaborate with clinical experts to ensure AI outputs meet healthcare standards What You Will Build AI models for clinical documentation, coding, and denials management NLP pipelines for healthcare text understanding and extraction LLM-powered copilots for healthcare operators and clinicians Healthcare integrations with EHR and RCM platforms Scalable, secure, HIPAA-aware inference infrastructure Who You Are Strong technical foundation in machine learning and software engineering 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems in production Comfortable working in ambiguous, real-world environments Ownership mindset and execution focus Clear communicator with high standards Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure Why Neurex AI AI that is deployed, not demoed High ownership and autonomy Real impact in healthcare Opportunity to shape products, systems, and culture Direct collaboration with founders and senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
