We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for legal professionals with clean energy transactional or project finance experience, strong legal judgment, and the ability to review complex transaction-related outputs with precision and consistency. This role supports an exciting collaboration focused on improving AI-enabled workflows for clean energy transaction professionals through high-quality legal review, output validation, and structured feedback workflows. Selected professionals will review AI-generated outputs related to clean energy transactions, validate accuracy and completeness, identify gaps or inconsistencies, provide structured feedback, and help improve overall model quality. This opportunity is especially well-suited to detail-oriented transactional lawyers who are comfortable working across financing structures, legal documentation, and regulatory considerations in energy and infrastructure-related matters.
