Summer 2026 Fellowship: Seth for Massachusetts Are you ready to be at the forefront of grassroots organizing and political change? Seth for Massachusetts is seeking passionate, high-energy, and organized individuals to join our Summer Fellowship program. This is more than just a line on a resume. Program Overview Start Date: Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 End Date: Mid-August/Primary Election Day (flexible based on academic schedules) Location: Students can participate from anywhere in Massachusetts. Compensation: Unpaid / Volunteer (Academic credit available upon request). Commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week , with full-time opportunities available for those looking to maximize their impact. The Role As a Fellow, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be the engine of this campaign. We are looking for 'change-makers'—students who are disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to put in the work to move Massachusetts forward. Key Responsibilities: Voter Outreach: Engaging directly with constituents through phone banking, door-knocking, and digital organizing. Community Organizing: Identifying and mobilizing local supporters and helping to coordinate regional events. Data Management: Utilizing campaign software to maintain accurate outreach databases. Social Media Advocacy: Helping to amplify the campaign’s message across digital platforms. Who You Are We welcome both high school and college students who share a vision for a better Commonwealth.
