Legal and Contract Specialist @ My Money Matters Remote-first Please note: Applications will only be considered from candidates currently based within the United Kingdom. The role The Legal and Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the organisation’s contractual processes and supporting the delivery of a robust contract framework across the business. The role ensures that all contractual and legal obligations are met. You will act as a key point of contact for legal and contract matters, working closely with internal teams and external advisors to support business operations and maintain best practice. What you’ll be doing: Advisory & Stakeholder Support Act as the first point of contact for legal and contract queries across the business. Support customer, supplier, and partner queries relating to contractual and legal matters. Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants on business and product legal matters. Training & Continuous Improvement Promote awareness and understanding of legal and contractual obligations across the organisation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and legal developments. Cross-functional Collaboration Manage contracts register and work with Supplier and Partner managers to proactively renew relationships and deals. Work closely with People and Culture to ensure employee contracts and amendments are accurate and compliant. Support the implementation of the Organisations growth activities. Partner with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries. Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders as required.
