The Redemptions Coordinator is responsible for managing the vehicle redemption process, ensuring compliance with policies and providing excellent service to debtors throughout the process. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for vehicle redemption inquiries, ensuring an efficient, respectful, and policy-compliant process Provide clear and consistent communication to debtors regarding redemption procedures, timelines, required documentation, and payment requirements Upload, manage, and track all required documentation within internal systems and banking partner portals in a timely and accurate manner Prepare and distribute redemption invoices, ensuring all costs and charges are accurate and up to date Coordinate the release of redeemed vehicles by working closely with internal operational teams and external partners to ensure proper scheduling and documentation Maintain accurate records of redemption cases and ensure timely follow-up with all involved parties Monitor redemption activities and escalate exceptions, concerns, or policy-related issues to management when required Ensure all redemption activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations Provide professional service to both internal and external stakeholders while proactively resolving issues where possible Assist with Commercial Accounts coordination during periods of low redemption activity, which may include supporting vehicle processing, inventory coordination, and auction preparation tasks Skills High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive debtor interactions professionally and empathetically Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and documentation skills Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive) and internal operational systems Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities English required; French considered an asset Experience in the automotive, finance, repossession, or auction industry is considered an asset Experience handling sensitive customer situations, conflict resolution, or collections-related interactions is considered an asset Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision 401k/RSP programs Company paid Group Life/AD&D insurance Paid time off Flexible working environment Continuous Learning And an amazing culture to top it all off!
