Ecclesiastical Insurance Canada, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Halifax office. The role involves supporting data entry and processing activities, ensuring the accuracy and flow of operational data while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities Process underwriting transactions in the policy management system (i.e. new business, rewrites, renewals, endorsements) accurately and efficiently Provide data entry support to Underwriting Validate processed data against system generated output Communicate effectively with Underwriting to resolve inquiries and discrepancies Reconcile system data with certificates and policies to maintain or improve data integrity Maintain data in online portal & database to ensure smooth processing Meet month-end and year-end deadlines Provide ad-hoc activities and various underwriting support as required Skills University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel High attention to accuracy and detail Fast and consistent performance Demonstrable organizational skills Excellent communication skills Data entry experience is an asset Detail Oriented Organized Collaborative Benefits Competitive annual bonus - where individual performance is recognized.
