With a strong commitment to customer support and training, we strive to empower our clients to maximize their fundraising potential. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support and Training Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and training resources to help them get the most out of our software. You will engage in a variety of activities, including leading audio Q&A sessions, assisting with training webinars, and improving our training resources. If you're a self-directed and collaborative individual with a passion for fundraising and donor management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support through email, phone, and other communication channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Develop and deliver virtual training resources, including audio Q&A sessions and training webinars, to help customers improve their skills and knowledge of arenaflex software. * Collaborate with other customer support representatives to provide comprehensive support and training to customers. * Improve arenaflex's training resources, including documentation, videos, and other materials, to ensure that customers have access to the information they need to succeed. * Stay up-to-date with arenaflex software updates and new features, and communicate changes and best practices to customers. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nonprofit management, fundraising, or business administration. * 3-5 years of experience in a nonprofit development/advancement environment, with a strong understanding of development principles and best practices. * 2+ years of prior daily experience working in a donor management system, particularly in a development operations capacity. * Experience training a variety of people on improving their comfort and effectiveness with CRM/donor databases and associated tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). * Strong written communication skills, exhibiting both clarity and a friendly personality. * Ability to think quickly and bring your depth of knowledge and experience in development to bear on impromptu questions in a live webinar setting. * Finds joy in troubleshooting customer questions and discovering solutions to their problems using arenaflex software. * Self-directed and comfortable working on a small team with significant responsibility. * Ability to work collaboratively with other customer support representatives and ask for help when needed. * Ability and desire to work from home. * Must be a resident of CO, TX, or WA. * U.S. work authorization. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with arenaflex software or similar donor management systems. * Certification in fundraising or a related field (e.g., CFRE, AFP). * Experience with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex). * Familiarity with nonprofit industry trends and best practices. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. * Familiarity with CRM/donor databases and associated tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
