Join us at arenaflex, where you'll find a global headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and additional locations across North America and Europe. **About the Role** We're seeking an exceptional Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist to serve as the "face" of Tax for our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for our clients. Your expertise in tax systems and procedures will be invaluable in providing audit explanations, resolving non-notice ticket items, and collaborating with internal tax groups to assist our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for: • Maintaining open channels of communication with all customers through email, CRM tickets, calls, and onsite visits • Prioritizing and scheduling customer calls with the right parties • Responding timely and accurately to customer requests and escalations • Developing in-depth knowledge of each customer in your portfolio and their expectations • Collaborating with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to stay updated on customer strategic initiatives • Understanding the impact of payroll taxes on each customer in your portfolio • Serving as an expert on arenaflex Tax Systems and procedures • Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: • Familiarity with types of issues by industry and the ability to anticipate possible problems within assigned work • Strong teamwork skills, supporting collective goals and working closely with others • Flexibility in a changing environment • Ability to support multiple customers effectively • Excellent customer service skills • Problem-solving skills • Energetic and self-motivated **Supervisory Responsibility** This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. **Qualifications and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need: • A High School Diploma • 3-5 years of Customer service, Tax, and/or Payroll experience • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements • Strong analytical and research skills • Self-directed management of work and results • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Excellent time management skills **Preferred Skills** While not required, we prefer candidates with: • An Associate's degree or higher • Payroll outsourcing and/or Shared Services experience **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a values-based culture that rewards innovative thinking, fresh perspectives, creative collaboration, and hard work.
