You'll be responsible for addressing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our vendors to solve any issues they may have with their applications or invoices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Address inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, including but not limited to online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors * Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices * Consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account * Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to end-users (business owners) * Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth * Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate prospect notes * Other duties may be assigned as needed **What You'll Bring:** * Drives for Results meets or exceeds multiple/simultaneous deadlines while supporting a calm, fun-loving, and always professional demeanor * Desires to further develop their own customer service skills and business acumen * High success rate in meeting and exceeding goals * Self-starter who wants to work hard and contribute every day to a thriving organization with the ability to understand arenaflex's evolving needs * Effective Communicator – clearly and proactively communicates to management, peers, and customers * Magnetic Personality – able to create an instant connection with customers & co-workers * Contributes to the culture of arenaflex as a team player as well as living the arenaflex values * Consistently brings an engaged, positive attitude and likes to WIN! **What Will Make You Stand Out:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound B2B/B2C Sales * At least 1 year of experience in the Call Center industry * Financial Services and/or leasing experience * Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM software **What We Offer:** * An amazing culture * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Asociación Solidarista * Ask us about our two annual parties during your interview ;) * Office located near the airport in Alajuela **Why Arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's more than just a job – it's a community.
