We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. **About the Opportunity:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our existing customers with their insurance policy needs. You'll be responsible for processing service requests, answering questions, and helping customers make changes to their current insurance policies from our 55+ insurance carrier partners. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform: * Respond to inbound calls from existing customers in a timely and professional manner * Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more * Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies * Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation * Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement effective customer retention strategies **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * P&C license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of starting * Experience with insurance policy administration and customer service software * Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
