We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With arenaflex AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor's system within seconds, allowing them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions, providing exceptional support and guidance to our vendors. **Roles & Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and owning the execution of premium vendor partnerships, directly responsible for the revenue generated from each deal * Supporting account executives as they enter the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed * Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process * Spending 1-2 days on site with vendors as they launch our arenaflex AI proposition and ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product in their daily operations * Upselling new propositions and agreeing contract renewals with your existing portfolio of partners * Liaising between your partners and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to our partners' needs * Sharing vendor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to help drive activities towards acquisition and engagement **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who possesses: * 2-4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role * A strong work ethic with the motivation to always improve and grow for yourself and the team * A can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done * Amazing relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable articulating complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders * Strong attention to detail, setting and maintaining high standards * Fluency in German (written and spoken) * A team-first mentality and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
