Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving escalated issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Researching and resolving complex customer complaints regarding arenaflex products and services, including those related to customers with disabilities and Department of Transportation regulations * Providing subject matter expertise and escalation support to frontline Customer Care agents and external contact center groups * Partnering with various departments to ensure that escalated issues are thoroughly addressed and responded to * Ensuring that cases are properly documented, represented, and addressed * Collaborating with internal legal affairs to support customer complaint research * Owning customer responses and achieving objectives by researching root causes * Participating in special projects as assigned **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
