This role will provide business insights and unit/revenue growth recommendations through category research delivered to Customer Business Teams. You'll work closely with our sales and corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth. **Essential Functions & Responsibilities** * Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth * Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals * Design, prepare, and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports * Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers * Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities * Develop and build impactful customer-specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives * Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead, and deliver materials for external meetings * Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases * Define and scale best practices across the analyst organization **Expected Experience & Required Skills** * A self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills * Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team * Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis * Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and deliver results * Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills * Proven experience owning reporting and providing data-driven insights to influence business results * Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer is a plus * Experience with 3rd party data is a plus, including but not limited to Circana and Symphony **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and expertise.
