We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following part-time shifts: * Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12 hours/week) * Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week) **Pay Transparency and Benefits** The base pay for this role is $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. arenaflex is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that includes: * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * 11 paid holidays * Paid sick time * Paid parental leave * 401(k) plan participation * Life and disability insurance * Paid wellness time and reimbursements **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Developing a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model * Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs * Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations * Forming working relationships with all partners * Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways * Monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues * Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times * Participating in process improvement projects * Complying with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI) * Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting * 1+ years of healthcare experience * High school diploma or GED **Bonus Points** If you have: * Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems * Experience manipulating and entering accurate data * Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
