With a strong focus on cloud operations and customer support, we're committed to staying ahead of the curve and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Responsibilities** As a Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * **Proactive Cloud Infrastructure Management**: Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize performance. * **Exceptional Customer Support**: Respond to and resolve customer issues, providing top-tier technical support and customer service. This includes communicating effectively with customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. * **Collaboration with Engineering Teams**: Collaborate with various engineering teams to support user consumption of applications in the cloud in a sophisticated enterprise environment. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions. * **Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting**: Engage in application monitoring to assist in identifying and addressing application performance or availability issues. This includes analyzing logs, monitoring system performance, and identifying areas for improvement. * **Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting**: Continuously monitor supporting application infrastructure to help identify and report on scalability and performance issues. This includes analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimization. * **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support procedures.
