We're a privately-held, remote-friendly company headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with additional offices in New York City, Dublin, and Sydney. **The Impact You Will Make** As a Customer Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for executing programs that drive revenue outcomes for arenaflex. Your work will directly influence our success in the digital advertising market, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business. Here are some key responsibilities you'll undertake: * **Third-Party Review Generation**: Run third-party review generation efforts for AdRoll on G2 Crowd, the Shopify App Store, WooCommerce, and Digital Markets, and for RollWorks on G2 Crowd and Digital Markets. * **Customer Success Case Studies**: Support the development of customer success case studies, from identifying and recruiting candidates to content creation, production, and go-to-market execution. * **Customer Advocate Pipeline Management**: Assist in tracking and managing our customer advocate pipeline. * **Integrated Customer Advocacy Content**: Develop integrated customer advocacy content to enhance Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management interactions while amplifying the impact of Marketing campaigns. * **Event Marketing Logistics**: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate Customer-related event marketing logistics. * **Customer Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering a strong network of brand advocates. **The Skills You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience: * **Full-time Schedule**: Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * **Marketing Experience**: Experience in general marketing, customer success storytelling, event organization, project execution, or other related experience through full-time work or internships. * **Project Management**: Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms. * **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, active listening, clear verbal and written communication, empathy, and teamwork. * **Collaborative Mindset**: A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * **Coordination and Organization**: Excellent coordination and organizational abilities, with experience coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns that drive business impact. * **Bonus Points**: Bonus points for experience in data tracking and analysis, maintaining data hygiene, customer success, content creation, or familiarity with Salesforce. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to developing each employee's career.
