Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer phone calls and emails regarding new orders, inquiries on existing orders, and questions about our products and services * Following up on customer inquiries and outstanding orders to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction * Collaborating closely with global and local shipping teams to prepare shipping quotes for the sales team * Working closely with the Sales Team to prepare customer order documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Creating inventory items in our ERP system, maintaining accurate records, and organizing inventory tracking * Handling additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, with a strong preference for 2 years of college education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and G-Suite, with Netsuite experience being a significant plus * Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage, sort, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of incoming emails and correspondence * Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and friendly approach to resolving customer inquiries and issues * Meticulous organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
