We have an ambitious roadmap ahead of us, and we're looking for someone eager to lead these customer-impacting initiatives from kickoff to success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Program Manager & Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating directly with enterprise and mid-market customers and internal/external technical teams to design and deliver solutions to complex data exchange challenges * Owning project scope, timelines, and milestones – tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery * Building customer-facing training documentation, conducting testing, and becoming a arenaflex product expert * Providing regular, clear project status updates to both the customer and internal stakeholders * Facilitating effective communication between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to align priorities and deliverables * Identifying and navigating organizational bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and escalating issues as needed * Maintaining thorough, organized documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes * Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools, sharing best practices across the team **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a software development environment * Experience with technical products and a strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and project concepts to varied audiences * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar * A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment * Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While many program management roles are similar, arenaflex's roles are unique.
