Job Purpose The Program Manager's primary responsibilities are managing large scale client programs, maintaining existing client relationships within the account, and growing new opportunities. They are responsible for delivery services, ensuring quality and timeline requirements are met, the management and mentorship of staff implementing the programs, and maintaining client satisfaction. Job Overview Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery for programs supporting a strategic client. • Oversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, linguistic validation, data operations, and ML pipeline support. • Implement governance frameworks, dashboards, and delivery controls that meet the strategic client's standards. • Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize throughput, accuracy, and productivity. • Manage, mentor and motivate staff, provide project team oversight and supervision. • Oversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan. • Ensure delivery KPIs, SLAs, quality targets, and performance metrics are consistently achieved. • Drive root-cause analyses and systemic improvement initiatives. • Track project P&L, budget and POs to ensure proper and timely invoicing. • Manage and maintain existing business and grow new opportunities within the account. Skills & Experience • 5 - 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management in fields like Machine Learning or Data Services. • BS or BA degree in a business or technology related field preferred. • Experience working with hyperscale technology clients (strongly preferred). • Deep understanding of AI/ML data operations, large-scale services delivery, or digital operations. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, Monday.com, etc.). • Experience managing multinational delivery teams across multiple programs/projects within an account. • Proven experience in technology environment and in applicable vertical market. • Proven people, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to understand P&L financials. • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information. Base Pay $120,000 - $140,000 / year Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
