About Us Glue Sky AI is an AI CRM platform with built in AI receptionists that automatically answer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads. We help businesses never miss a call and convert more customers using AI. We are expanding and looking for motivated Appointment Setters to call business owners and book product demos with our team. Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to business owners (primarily salons and service businesses in the US and Australia) • Introduce our platform and explain the value of AI receptionists • Identify businesses that are interested in improving how they handle calls and appointments • Schedule demo appointments with qualified prospects • Update call outcomes in our dialing system • Adapt the script naturally during conversations to sound human and engaging What We Provide • Access to our dialing platform inside Glue Sky AI • Lead lists of target businesses • Cold call scripts and training • Support from our team • Opportunity for long term work and bonuses for booked demos Requirements • Experience with cold calling or appointment setting • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Clear English speaking skills • Reliable internet connection • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive Bonus Skills (Not Required) • Ability to speak Thai or Vietnamese (many targeted business owners speak these languages) • Experience selling SaaS or software products • Sales or lead generation background We would like to test someone for a few days, if you can book demos for us, we would be happy to make the position permanent.
