Job Description
We're a Bronx-based personal injury law firm focused on representing accident victims. We invest significantly in Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Meta Ads, TV, and digital marketing, and recently launched a new website (January 2026). While we are seeing early indicators of recovery, our SEO and AI visibility are currently underperforming. We are looking to hire an experienced marketing strategist, Fractional CMO, or SEO/PPC consultant to: 1. Audit our current website 2. Evaluate our SEO, local rankings, and AI visibility (Google SGE / ChatGPT / Bing Copilot) 3. Assess our paid media performance and alignment (Google Ads, LSA, Meta Ads) 4. Provide a high-level, strategic view across SEO + PPC + AI search (not execution) 5. Independently identify and build a shortlist of the top 3–5 agencies best suited for a personal injury law firm like ours 6. Evaluate and compare those agencies based on: - Proven results in legal (especially personal injury) - Ability to drive real outcomes (calls, leads, signed cases) - SEO + AI/search visibility capabilities (AEO / GEO) - Paid media expertise (Google Ads, LSA, Meta) - Content strategy quality (including Spanish-language capabilities) - Link-building and authority strategy Important: Read Before Applying We are NOT hiring someone to execute SEO, run ads, or manage campaigns. We are hiring a strategic expert to audit, evaluate, and help us SELECT the right agency partner. Ideal candidate: 1. Experience with law firm marketing (required) 2. Deep understanding of SEO + paid + AI search trends 3. Able to think strategically, not just tactically 4. Budget: Hourly rate of $100-$200 Timeline: 2–3 weeks This project has the potential to turn into an ongoing strategic advisory role for the right candidate. Deliverables: 1.
