Description: American Institute of Management Certifications (AIMC USA) is expanding its presence in Pakistan and is building a high-performing remote sales team to promote its globally aligned certification programs (PMP, PgMP, PfMP). We are hiring freelance TeleSales Agents / Training Consultants based in Pakistan who can work from home and drive enrollments through outbound calling and lead conversion. Role Overview: You will reach out to potential customers, guide them on certification options, and convert leads into enrollments for PMP and other professional training programs. Key Responsibilities: •Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across Pakistan • Explain certification programs and their career benefits • Counsel professionals and recommend suitable training options • Follow up consistently and convert leads into enrollments • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets Requirements: • Proven experience in telesales / call center (mandatory) • Experience selling training, education, or similar services preferred • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented • Ability to work independently in a remote setup Compensation Model: • Fixed monthly retainer of USD 150 / month, plus • Performance-based incentives up to USD 50 / conversion (sale) • For reference, the average combined compensation of existing performers is USD 800 per month (retainer+incentive), with experienced agents making upto USD 2000 per month.
