Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls and emails from individuals, their families, and/or referring providers seeking mental and behavioral health services * Accurately scheduling appointments for clients with clinicians based on their needs and availability * Providing detailed information about our services and answering any questions or concerns that clients or providers may have * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all client information and scheduling is accurate and up-to-date * Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with company policies and HIPAA regulations * Proactively reaching out to clients to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, and confirm appointments * Utilizing scheduling software and other tools to ensure efficient and organized scheduling processes **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare or mental healthcare setting * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times * Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in using computer software and applications, with knowledge of scheduling software a plus * Ability to work remotely and adapt to a virtual working environment * Basic knowledge of mental and behavioral health services and terminology preferred **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about providing quality and accessible mental and behavioral health services to individuals, families, and organizations.
