This exciting opportunity will challenge you to deliver exceptional service to our clients, responding to a wide range of inquiries and issues in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing first-call resolution for 90-95% of client inquiries. You'll utilize your problem-solving skills to address concerns effectively and efficiently, developing technical acumen to resolve complex issues and provide support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
