We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Specialist (Japanese) to join our arenaflex Business Customer Service team. Our arenaflex Business Customer Service team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers, and we are looking for a Learning Specialist (Japanese) to help us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Learning Specialist (Japanese), you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the competencies of our customer service associates. Your key responsibilities will include: * Design and deliver Amazon orientation and new hire training to all job levels, both virtually and in-person * Develop and conduct continuous learning sessions for existing employees to meet improvement goals * Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose training interventions * Gather training needs, design, and deliver training interventions to address these needs * Maintain and report data on trainee attendance, performance, and analysis * Participate in call listening sessions and quality calibrations to stay updated on process developments * Take customer contacts monthly to stay informed about latest process updates and changes * Lead and/or participate in improvement projects to enhance business performance **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * JLPT N1 certification in Japanese and fluency in English * 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience * Flexibility to work in a 24/7 global team across various time zones * Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills * Extensive expertise in cultural and soft skills relevant to a contact center environment * Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education, or a related field * Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) **What We Offer:** As a Learning Specialist (Japanese) at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive salary (base pay ranges from $51,100/year to $91,400/year, depending on location and experience) * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits * Professional growth and development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements to suit your needs **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
