Your key responsibilities will include: * Accurately documenting changes to orders and coordinating estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities * Confirming receipt of dispatched orders with technicians and facilitating reassignment of orders as needed * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with facilities to schedule and reschedule orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School Diploma or GED required * Proficient to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment * Ability to focus on tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting **Work-From-Home Requirements** As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Private workspace with minimal distractions and external sounds * High-speed internet connection (fiber or cable recommended) to support VoIP communications * Access to a PC (not Chromebook) to run arenaflex's Network Performance Test **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's committed to helping our employees grow and succeed.
