Our all-remote team is comprised of experienced professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Customer Relations Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing prompt and courteous support to our users, and driving success in our organization. This part-time, remote opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $20, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work from anywhere with a strong internet connection. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to all email, social media, voicemail, and Slack messages in a timely and professional manner * Investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, and escalate issues where necessary * Process refunds and compile chargeback disputes * Meet with supervisor and team members via video conferencing on a regular basis * Satisfactorily meet performance and response metrics * Document customer issues and create bug tickets, where needed * Occasionally help test sites before and after updates **Requirements:** * 1+ year of experience in a dedicated customer support role * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling * Self-motivated and self-directed, with a knack for turning sad faces into happy faces * Experience with remote work and high technical/web literacy * Reliable, high-speed internet connection * Ability to participate in virtual and video meetings * Experience in banking or handling payment transactions preferred * Experience and interest in writing preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $20 * Comprehensive benefits * Flexible, remote work arrangement with a schedule of ~10 hrs per workweek in fall-winter-spring and ~6 hrs per workweek in summer * Opportunity to work with a dynamic, all-remote team * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
