Your duties will include: * Providing top-notch support to our premium customers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable * Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is personalized and memorable * Booking and confirming flight reservations, as well as checking in premium clients for their flights * Monitoring flights to identify potential issues and providing timely solutions to meet client needs * Issuing client tickets, dropping passenger reservations, and placing clients on priority lists as needed * Providing timely resolution of client travel issues and escalating complex issues to senior support teams when necessary * Documenting client issues in the passenger name record (PNR) and performing club enrollment or sales activities * Coordinating services for elite status clients, including escorting them through terminals and assisting with luggage * Maintaining the appearance of lounges and clubs, as well as supervising the activities of colleagues offering services **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $26/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits from day one * Wellness programs to support your physical and mental health * 401(k) program with company contributions available after one year * Additional benefits, including employee assistance programs, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills * Previous customer hospitality experience, preferably in the travel industry * Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide attention to detail and customer care * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with all levels of management and public contact * Service-oriented and self-motivated, with a high level of professionalism * Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Willingness to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas **Join Our Inclusive Workplace** At arenaflex, we value diversity and inclusion, and we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.
