Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Point C is a National third-party administrator (TPA) with local market presence delivering customized self-funded benefit programs. They are seeking a Stop Loss Renewal Support Specialist to assist the sales team in preparing proposals and collateral to drive business growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with the account management team to gather necessary information for proposal development Prepare and customize proposals and other collateral to support the account management team's efforts in acquiring and retaining clients Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals by thoroughly reviewing all materials and data Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for proposal creation Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and requests for proposal revisions or updates Assist in maintaining a repository of renewal materials, especially those associated with proposal generation Follow defined processes and workflows to streamline proposal development and ensure efficiency Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus Previous experience in sales support, proposal development, or similar roles within the insurance industry is preferred Previous experience with and understanding of Stop Loss insurance marketing is preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company Overview Point C is a network of self-insured healthcare plan third-party administrators.
